Jesus tells a story to illustrate the different ways people respond to his message. Those who reject him don’t always do it in the same way or for the same reasons, but the result is the same. For those who trust Jesus, the growth is amazing. A small seed of Jesus’ message in our lives can result in our personal growth, the spreading of Jesus’ message and the increasing development of God’s kingdom.
Today, you have spent some time reading God’s Word to you. You can reject it because you think it is false or because you get busy and forget what you read. The right thing to do is to let it change you and grow you into a better person.
