Read:
Isaiah didn’t say “Send me,” because of false confidence or delusion. He was humbly making himself available to God. He knew he couldn’t offer much on his own, but he also knew that meant he had nothing to prove—and that’s the posture where God does his best work.
And look at what God did with Isaiah. He didn't leave him stuck in his old ways—he cleansed his heart, restored him, and invited him into something greater. What God did for Isaiah, he can do for you.
Maybe you've been waiting until you feel more capable, more knowledgeable, or less sinful before you say yes. But God isn't looking for someone perfect. He's looking for someone who is available. When you come to God, and say “here I am, send me,” God will transform you and equip you do greater things than you could on your own.
Pray: God, give me a bigger vision of you and your power, and a smaller view of my own limitations. I want a heart that's ready to say "Yes, send me," wherever you lead. Amen.
